HAVING THIS INFORMATION READY FOR YOUR LOAN OFFICER WILL
GREATLY REDUCE THE TIME REQUIRED FOR THIS PROCESS
___ 2 years residence with landlord's or lender's names, addresses and phone numbers.
___ 2 years employment with employer's mailing address and phone numbers.
___ Social Security cards and picture indentification.
___ Current bank account statements(covering 2 months) with account numbers,balances and
       bank mailing addresses.
___ Current brokerage statements for stocks, bonds, etc.
___ Addresses and estimated values for all real-estate owned, with lenders name and address.
___ Mortgage company account numbers, mailing addresses and balances for any mortgages
       held in the past 2 years.
___ Outstanding installment loan numbers, mailing addresses and balances.
___ Outstanding credit card account numbers and balances.
___ Prior two years W-2 forms and current year-to-date paycheck stubs (covering 1 month).
___ Prior two years income tax returns and year-to-date profit and loss statement with balance sheet,
       if self employed or commissioned.
___ Divorce decrees, if applicable.
___ Current lease agreement on all rental property.
___ DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility for VA applicants.
___ Fee for appraisal and credit report charges.
